Wordless Wednesday: IPhone Photos Vol. 2

I'm going to be honest, I love my Husband and children but my Iphone is right up there in the love. My Camera is part of the reason for that.

My New Obsession

I just purchased an Iphone for myself for my birthday and I love it! My new favorite part is using Hipstamatic and taking pictures. (I know, I am late to the Hipstamatic game, but it's new to me, alright?) They turn out so cool looking. Here are some of my pics.

This first couple are from my cousin's wedding... She was a beautiful bride. (She is a beautiful person as well, inside and out!)

I went crazy taking pictures on my walk with Louie. Everything is lush and in bloom. It's one of my favorite times of year.




I  told my husband that there would be a LOT of picture taking going on now that I can carry my camera everywhere, and so there will be a lot more gratuitous picture posts. You have been warned.

Snowmaggedon 2011 (Subtitled: Why I should not be allowed to play with photoshop)

Thankfully this happened this week.... last week we were at Great Wolf Lodge Celebrating Drew's Birthday!

I'll tell you what, I enjoy snow much more as I'm floating down a lazy river in 84 degree goodness. Fun was had by all. Thanks to the H and M families for joining the B's!

I had no idea Jacob was this panicked about the big yellow schoolbus.

Capturing magic

This is the picture that I took last year that my family wanted me to recapture. I told them that it is like trying to capture magic, getting another shot like that...

 Hope you all had as magical of a 4th as I did.

New Moon's Location Pictures! Well, without the cast... sorry

Last year my parents went on a trip to Italy. They were driving and came across Volterra, and stopped into the town. Last night when I saw New Moon, I immediately recognized Volterra from my parents pictures, and I thought I would share them with you.

I asked my parents if they saw any of the Volturi there, or if any hot vampires tried to accost them while they were there.

My Dad thinks I'm super hilarious.

Anyway, here are some of the pictures my Dad took. They're beautiful on their own, but if you need to, just superimpose shirtless Edward in them in your mind.

Again, I'm super hilarious. You are laughing on the inside.

Maybe this is the window Edward looked out while he pined for Bella? Well, one can pretend.

So bittersweet... and so exciting. That's my boy.

My little boy Chandler...

I take so many pictures of Jacob, and just recently I realized that I don't take enough pictures of Drew. I felt bad until I remembered, there is a reason why I don't take very many pictures of Drew:

He doesn't want me to take pictures.

He hides,

runs away from me,

or does a weird "Chandler face". (Friends reference alert!)

So you have to be uber sneaky. You have to....

Catch him while he is telling one of his many stories,

or pretend you are not taking a picture at all,

and then you just might get a good one like this. It only took 20 shots for this one!

But how can I complain about my Drew? He's a great big brother,

Great Mommy helper,

and overall, just an amazing little boy. (He's even taking a nap for me so I can write this post!)So I guess I will let the picture taking slide, keep giving him a break from the Mommarazzi.

For now.

Jacob says all too soon.

Drew tells him it's good to share

as Jacob holds his Teddy Bear.

"Sharing is what friendship is all about,

there's no need to cry and shout."

But Jacob doesn't understand or know;

he will have to learn as he grows.

Sometimes he will get really sad,

and many tantrums on the floor will be had.

Drew gives him a hug and tells him it's okay,

Once again Drew has saved the day.

Jacob picks himself up and tries again,

he is lucky to have Drew as a friend.
